The holiday rush can be a challenging time. Take a break from it all with a soothing 30-minute sound bath, live via Zoom.

Through the resonant sounds and gentle vibrations of the singing bowls, you will be guided to a state of energy flow, harmony and alignment. Let the waves of sound wash away stress, promote mental clarity, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. 

No prior experience is necessary; just bring an open heart, a willingness to rejuvenate and if you would like to lie down, you can bring a yoga mat and any blankets or pillows that will help you feel comfortable. 

Led by WITHIN Meditation teacher Sonal Kalra, this class will be held online via Zoom; the link will be provided to you via email when you register. Registration is $15.

Sonal Kalra

Sonal is a certified meditation teacher and life coach who has spent the last 20+ years of her life in the study and work of the human psyche. She has a background in human resources and learning and development. She has led meditation in corporate training workshops and continues to lead it for groups as well as for individuals in her meditation classes and coaching sessions.

Sonal’s psychology background helps her appreciate research and structure which she blends with her understanding of the value of connecting to the insight and clarity within, to who we truly are. This blending helps in the assimilability and sustainability of learning.

Sonal was introduced to meditation as a child while growing up in India. As an adult, it became an integral part of her life. Over the years, as her meditation journey deepened, she included many meditation techniques to her own practice including mindfulness meditation and came to know the benefits each meditation approach has.

Sonal finds meditation very self-empowering. Through her own daily meditation practice as well as her work both in India and the US, she has time and again seen the value that meditation has in allowing ease, compassion, inner freedom, joy, resilience, direct knowing and beingness, as per one’s unique and beautiful path of least resistance. Her classes are based on mindfulness meditation. She takes great joy in sharing meditation and supporting a deeper connect to the alignment within.
